LA BANDERA SETTING NEW STANDARDS FOR IBERIAN CULTURAL CUISINE

Located in Manchester City Centre, La Bandera offers an array of Spanish cuisine that is both delicious and presented like a work of art. The freshest local ingredients are sourced and transformed into authentic dishes that are a feast for your eyes and taste-buds.

The restaurant is a contemporary space beautifully thought through with luxurious design, the experience is a promise filled with authenticity and met with a warm ambience.

The uncomplicated menu is simple to navigate, Appertizers on offer include ‘Pan con tomate’ (Toasted baguette with fresh tomato and garlic with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil), meat lovers are spoilt for choice with their ‘Tabla de  Ibéricos’ (A beautiful selection of Iberian cured Meats). The Starters are not to be skipped, featuring delicious delicacies including ‘Pulpo en dos cocciones’ (Twice cooked Galician octopus with a mojo rojo drizzle, on a bed of spicy paprika mash).

la-bandera-photos2Mains are split into four sections; fish, meat, rice and sides, enabling you to quickly decipher upon what takes your fancy. Spanish food is renowned for their fish, La Banderas offering does not disappoint, with traditional dishes such as ‘Lubina al Pil Pil’ (Grilled seabass fillets in a garlic, parsley, Chilli and paprika sauce) and the decadent ‘Bogavante a la Plancha’ (Grilled fresh Lobster, served with salsa verde). With a diverse array of dishes that considers every palate, your expectations are likely to be met.

Their lunch time offers are available between 12pm to 4pm, you can either choose 3 starters or for those who cannot resist a two course meal; a starter and main course from the menu (exclusions apply).

The food itself is not their only consideration, service delivery in on par with a dedicated team that strive to ensure full customer satisfaction on every visit.
